Description

AerDragon is the first Chinese lessor dedicated to aircraft operating leasing. It is a joint venture among China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (China), AerCap (Ireland), CACIB (France) and East Epoch (Hong Kong, China).

Now AerDragon is seeking to hire a Manager, Technical.

The position is to assists the technical team members to manage all technical aspects of the AerDragon aircraft and engines, reports to VP, Head of Technical and based in Beijing China with occasional international travel required.

Specific Responsibilities

1)Update and maintain asset technical data in asset management system.
2)Manage or assist in the management of asset annual audit.
3)Maintain technical management procedure and system.
4)Coordinate with internal and external parties on reporting requirements.
5)Monitor aircraft compliance by lessees with relevant aircraft lease agreement to ensure technical risk to be managed properly from technical aspect.
6)Review and assist with negotiation of lease agreements, purchase/sale agreements and LOIs to ensure technical risks are properly managed.
7)Support asset remarketing event from technical aspect.
8)Additional projects as assigned.

Preferred Experiences and Qualifications

1)Bachelor’s degree or higher in aircraft technology or a related field.
2)Fluent in written and spoken English.
3)A minimum of five years of experience working at an aircraft leasing company or airline as technician, engineer, or technical related role.
4)Experienced in aircraft operation management, heavy check workscope creation or reviewing of aircraft, engine, APU workscope.
5)Experienced in software and hardware for asset technical data management and analysis.
6)Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7)Strong execution capability.
