AerDragon Announces A Portfolio Refinancing
(Beijing, 07 November 2019) AerDragon Aviation Partners Limited (“AerDragon”) entered into a 6-year USD 220 million senior secured commercial facility to refinance a portfolio of 10 aircraft.
Crédit Agricole CIB (“CACIB”) and DVB Bank SE Singapore Branch acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
The Korea Development Bank, Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale, Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale Singapore Branch acted as Arrangers.
CACIB will act as Agent, Account Bank and Security Agent.
Clifford Chance LLP acted for AerDragon as legal counsel while Herbert Smith Freehills LLP acted for the financiers.
