(Beijing – July 8, 2023) AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company Limited (“AerDragon”) is pleased to announce that it purchased from Aergo Capital Limited (“Aergo”) and took delivery of one 737 MAX 8 on lease to Lynx Air, the  Canadian ULCC launched in April 2022. 

The aircraft is financed by Societe Generale-CIB (“SG”) and is the first asset secured financing between AerDragon and SG.

This also marks our first aircraft purchase transaction with Aergo Capital and financing transaction with Societe Generale-CIB.
