(Beijing – June 9, 2025) AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company Limited (“AerDragon”) entered into a US$200 million three-year debut unsecured syndicated facility, tapping into strong financier demand for high quality credit. China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“CCB (Asia)”) acted as mandated sole bookrunner on this transaction.

The facility received strong interest from financing partners and was oversubscribed multiple times.
